BAION Systems builds instruments that give people evidence of what is happening to them — receipt-bearing, reproducible, and owned by the person who generated it, not the service they happened to use.

The work runs on three layers. A physical layer that propagates observed sensor inputs through deterministic physics to produce causal chains with timestamps. An institutional layer that measures consensus and disagreement across independent reasoning systems without averaging them into a single answer. A digital layer that keeps cognitive tools running on hardware the user controls.

Each instrument is pre-registered, receipt-producing, and reproducible from primary sources. The output of one layer is auditable input to the next.

We don’t predict. We propagate.

That is a legal and scientific distinction. Prediction estimates a future state from assumed inputs. Propagation takes observed inputs and runs them forward through physics the court, the reviewer, and the operator can all check.
